|Welcome to the (and how to get a room!)
We are quite thrilled to be working with the newly remodeled Hyatt Regency in downtown Bellevue. The hotel holds over 700 guest rooms, plenty of space for workshops, 4 stages, lot of vendors, and a huge amount of unrestricted jamming space. Floors will be designated as quiet or jamming and you’ll be able to make your pick when reserving your room. There is plenty of parking – almost all of it will be free. We’ve also found everyone we’ve met to be exceptionally warm and friendly.
The Hyatt has worked tirelessly with us to come up with rates that are almost 1/3 less than what you’ve been used to in the past when attending Wintergrass. In addition to great rates, their warmth and excitement about turning musicians loose in the hotel is downright fodder for smiling.
The room rate for a Wintergrass block room is $109 per night (double occupancy). The rate is good through You must be a Wintergrass ticket holder to qualify for this rate.
